GoldenGamble 5th and in the play-offs. Might as well dream, as its July. Rowers had a proper summer to build his own lot rather than patching up somebody else’s, and the front end of it looks sharp. Walker and Obeng have both looked handy, McGavin’s back on a new deal, and if Zain settles in next to he we might actually pass it about for once. Get a result up Scunthorpe and we be flying. Ask I again in October mind and I’ll be back on about 14th and moaning about the pies
Lawro13 The only teams in the league that have more than us on paper for me are Boreham Wood, Carlisle and Hartlepool. As such, I think 4th-7th place finish is well on the cards.

Rich_the_Parisian_Glover GlastoGlover or at least maintaining a strong challenge. In many ways I think the most important thing is that we build momentum and end the season with genuine hope to go better next. That said I really do hope we'll get a playoff spot...

admin Non_League_Analyst It will be interesting. MattCL makes a good point, our team has so much depth and competition now. Who would've thought that Daly wouldn't be a nailed on starter? Our bench on opening day will contain lads that would walk into our side last season and are unlucky not to be starting this one. I think 10th should be the absolute floor for a side like this, I expect to see them challenging in and amongst the playoffs, albeit perhaps a slow start while ironing some issues out.
perky I think we'll just fall short of the playoffs, but if we find a rhythm early and get some good results who knows. It feels like a pretty even league this year.
